With our Design for Construction Package, we take care of it all - from developing your design scheme, to helping you select finishes and specifications. We communicate your needs and selections to your contractor and subs to keep your project on track.

HOW IT WORKS-

All About Your Project: Schedule a Discovery Call and have a quick discussion to tell us more about your project, budget, timeline and professionals already committed such as contractor and/or architect.

• Getting To Know Your Project: One of our interior designers will meet with you in person to get a more in depth understanding of your project. Successful building projects must have a great team involved (client, builder, architefct, designer and subcontractors), a realistic budget and timeline. For a larger projects we can help you put together a team if needed.

• Create Scope of Wrok and Proposal: After meeting with you and understanding the needs of your project we will put together a scope of work and proposal to be reviewed with you.

• After the contract is signed, we will set up an in-person meeting or phone appointment to discuss your project in more detail and learn about your lifestyle. We welcome inspiration photos, so we can make sure that we are fully aligned on your vision. To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our clients, we require that all household decisionmakers participate in, and sign off on, each design phase from this point forward.
